The franchise location opened in November, and is owned and operated by husband and wife team Joe and Natalie Kovacic. Joe started a successful roustabout service company in 2009 and most recently worked for a company specializing in underground utilities. Natalie has a background in recruiting and HR, and is excited to bring her operations expertise to their new business.

In their free time, Joe and Natalie stay busy watching their son play football at North Allegheny High School and supporting their nieces and nephews in all of their sports and activities. Additionally, the Kovacic family loves the outdoors including hunting and skiing together.
